A video showing Donald Trump at a Super Bowl 2026 watch party with Bad Bunny's halftime show playing in the background has been circulating online, despite the president's criticism of the entertainer.
In a clip posted on X, Trump, 79, was seen sitting at a table while Bad Bunny's performance played on screens on Sunday, Feb. 8. The clip then cut to the Puerto Rican rapper belting out his 2022 track "Tití Me Preguntó" with dancers flanking him.
Trump attended a Super Bowl watch party in Palm Beach, Fla., on Sunday. It's not clear whether Kid Rock's performance was also screened at the event.

Bad Bunny's setlist ran parallel to Kid Rock headlining Turning Point USA's All-American Halftime Show.
The conservative group, founded by the late Charlie Kirk, announced it would host its own halftime show back in October.
On Thursday, Feb. 5, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt insisted, "I think the president would much prefer a Kid Rock performance over Bad Bunny, I must say that."
The Turning Point event, which Erika Kirk, the late political commentator's widow and the organization's current CEO, did not make an appearance during, per Us Weekly, also featured country artists Brantley Gilbert, Lee Brice and Gabby Barrett.

After being seen with Bad Bunny's performance in the background at the party he'd been attending, Trump took to his Truth Social account immediately after the "DtMF" artist's show to complain about the performance.
"The Super Bowl Halftime Show is absolutely terrible, one of the worst, EVER!," the president wrote. "It makes no sense, is an affront to the Greatness of America, and doesn’t represent our standards of Success, Creativity, or Excellence."
"Nobody understands a word this guy is saying, and the dancing is disgusting, especially for young children that are watching from throughout the U.S.A., and all over the World," Trump continued. "This 'Show' is just a 'slap in the face' to our Country, which is setting new standards and records every single day — including the Best Stock Market and 401(k)s in History!"
He added, "There is nothing inspirational about this mess of a Halftime Show and watch, it will get great reviews from the Fake News Media, because they haven’t got a clue of what is going on in the REAL WORLD — And, by the way, the NFL should immediately replace its ridiculous new Kickoff Rule. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! President DONALD J. TRUMP."

Despite past statements against the Trump administration, including his decision not to bring his record-setting Debí Tirar Más Fotos World Tour to the U.S. for fear of ICE raids, Bad Bunny's halftime performance focused on a message of love and unity.
He closed out the show with a display of a series of North and South American flags, saying "God bless America, be it Chile, Argentina," and other countries throughout the Americas, closing with the U.S. and “my motherland, Puerto Rico” in both English and Spanish.
Behind him, a large video board displayed the message "The Only Thing More Powerful Than Hate is Love."
On newsstands now, PEOPLE's latest special edition issue covers his groundbreaking career, from his earliest days to headlining the Super Bowl LX halftime show and making history at the Grammys. The 96-page issue is now on Amazon. A print edition in Spanish is available exclusively here.
Trump had previously said, before the Super Bowl, that Bad Bunny and Green Day, who performed before the game, were "terrible" selections.
“I’m anti-them," he told the New York Post last month. "I think it’s a terrible choice. All it does is sow hatred. Terrible.”
Trump also told the outlet why he wouldn't be attending this year's Super Bowl, “It’s just too far away. I would. I’ve [gotten] great hands [at] the Super Bowl. They like me,” adding, “I would go if, you know, it was a little bit shorter.”
