Taylor Swift's net worth has reached a new all-time high.
"The Fate of Ophelia" singer, 36, has become the richest female musician in history, according to Forbes' 2026 Iconoclast 50 list, published Thursday, June 4. As of March 2026, Swift's net worth was estimated to be $2 billion.
Swift first reached the status of billionaire in 2024, after her immensely popular Eras Tour — which ultimately amassed $2.2 billion, Forbes reported — was already underway. The tour, which ran globally across a 16-month period, also became the highest-grossing concert tour in history.
The singer's record-breaking wealth can also be attributed to her extensive music catalog, including her most recent albums The Life of a Showgirl and The Tortured Poets Department, released in 2025 and 2024, respectively.

Furthermore, her re-recording of several of her earlier albums — an unorthodox but revolutionary move in the industry — allowed Swift to regain ownership of her music, thus earning her own royalties. She ultimately took control of her masters in May 2025 in an estimated $360 million sale, per Forbes, six years after they were sold to Scooter Braun.
