The Star Trek: Starfleet Academy actress, 52, has tied the knot with her girlfriend Nina Rose Fischer, announcing the happy news with a post on Instagram. In one photo, the British actress could be seen wearing a bright green suit and holding hands with Fischer, who opted for a gold dress.
The two smiled as they posed together, with Fischer wearing a gold tiara for the occasion. They also included a video of the ceremony, which showed Yashere walking down the aisle before turning around and blowing kisses to her guests.

"So... Me & Ninja did a thing.....Thought we'd do a lil casual wedding here in Costa Rica. Just a tiny thing, couple close friends & fam," Yashere wrote in her caption. "Super casual. No shoes allowed. Sneaks & flip flops only."
Yashere went on to say that they invited 45 of their closest friends and family from London, plus 20 others from the United States.
"It was like a scene from Jaws. WE GONNA NEED A BIGGER BOAT 🤣," she joked.

The British comedian added that they had their ceremony at a "beautiful restaurant" on the beach at Cahuita Inn for the ceremony, and later had an after-party at their home in Costa Rica.
"Threw a Marquee over the pickleball court, lights, flowers & BOOM," continued Yashere. "We've never felt so loved & blessed. Wonderful day. We couldn't be happier."

"In my new Spanish; ESTOY CASADA Y CANSADA 🤣 Pura Vida 💍💍," wrote the actress. "Oh, & happy birthday to me 🤣."
Yashere and her now-wife Fischer have been living at their second house in Costa Rica after the Los Angeles wildfires destroyed their home in Altadena, Calif.
Back in March, Yashere — who often posts on social media about her life with Fischer — shared how much she loved Costa Rica in a post on Instagram. In the picture, Yashere and her wife could be seen smiling together while enjoying time in a pool.
"Me & the Ninja seem to find community wherever we go," she wrote in her caption in part. "Life is good ..... Again ....Pura Vida."
