Savannah Guthrie is making an emotional plea for help in the search for her mother Nancy Guthrie, who was reported missing from her Tucson, Ariz., home on Feb. 1.

The *Today *anchor and her siblings, Camron and Annie Guthrie, have shared three videos to social media since their mother's disappearance — two featuring them all, and one featuring Camron speaking directly to the camera. On Monday, Savannah shared her first solo video that, unlike the previous two, was addressed directly to her 1.6 million followers, rather than her mother's alleged captors.

"I wanted to come on and just share a few thoughts as we enter into another week of this nightmare," Savannah began. The broadcaster thanked her fans and followers for "all of the prayers and love" that she promises the Guthrie siblings, and their mother, have felt, noting that they "believe that somehow, someway she is feeling these prayers, and that God is lifting her even in this moment, in this darkest place."

She then shared, "We believe that our mom is still out there. We need your help."**

Savannah explained that "law enforcement is working tirelessly around the clock, trying to bring her home, trying to find her." Nancy "was taken, and we don't know where, and we need your help," she implored.

Moving beyond a simple call for prayers, Savannah asked that even those "far from Tucson, if you see anything, you hear anything, if there's anything at all that seems strange to you, that you report to law enforcement. We are at an hour of desperation, and we need your help."**

Nancy Guthrie was last seen the evening of Jan. 31, after being dropped off at home by family members. After her fellow parishioners at a local church reported her unusual absence during the following day's Sunday service, she was declared missing, and a large-scale search was launched. On Feb. 2, Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos announced that her disappearance was being investigated as a crime, and her home was being declared a crime scene.

Nanos stated that believed Nancy was abducted, that she "didn't go willingly" from her home. Days later, the sheriff's department revealed that blood matching Nancy's DNA had been found on her porch.

No suspects have been announced in the case, as law enforcement officers continue to monitor Nancy's home.**

The FBI and the sheriff's department are asking anyone with tips to contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI. The bureau has set a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to her recovery or the arrest of anyone involved in her disappearance.
