Martha Stewart turned 85 on August 3.
She celebrated the milestone birthday by posting a steamy Instagram Stories photo.
Stewart lounged in a hot tub while wearing a black swimsuit.
Martha Stewart is turning up the heat for her 85th birthday. On August 3, the entrepreneur and television personality posed for a steamy photo from the comfort of her hot tub.
Stewart sported a black swimsuit in the Instagram Stories snapshot. Wearing her blonde bob in a side part, the lifestyle mogul swam in a jacuzzi surrounded by a forest of pine trees.

Speaking to AARP Magazine in 2023, Stewart discussed her approach to aging “gracefully.”
“Aging isn’t something I think about,” she said. “How old I am, slowing down, retiring—I just don’t dwell on that.”
“People talk about aging successfully, but I think of it as living gracefully and living to the absolute fullest...the idea is that aging is not about dying, it’s about living well,” Stewart continued.

In January, Stewart shared her secret to looking youthful—and it doesn’t involve any invasive procedures.

“Everybody insists that I’ve had plastic surgery and I have not ever had plastic surgery,” she told People while promoting her skincare line, Elm Biosciences. “I’m the most honest person on earth—but if they won’t take my word for it, I don’t know.”
Still, Stewart admitted that she has had a plastic surgeon operate on her face, but not for the reasons you might think.

“I had to be at Today at 7 a.m. and there was a big blizzard,” she shared. “I leaned down in my dark kitchen to kiss the dogs goodbye. I put my head down to one of my French bulldogs and I frightened her and she bolted up.”
“She didn’t bite me. She bashed my lip into my tooth and split it from my lip almost all the way to my nose and blood started gushing out all over the dog,” Stewart recalled. “I get to the hospital and I think they did 16 stitches in my lip. I can’t call that plastic surgery, that is a repair.”
“That is the only time I’ve ever had a plastic surgeon touch my face,” she concluded.
