Justin Baldoni is officially letting go of his sprawling Southern California family home.
The It Ends With Us actor and director, 42, and his wife Emily Baldoni, 41, put their Ojai, Calif., estate on the market for $8.9 million on Friday, Feb. 6, property records show. The upcoming sale comes after the house was listed for rent in November 2025 for $40,000 and was later removed in January. Realtor.com was the first to report the news.
Described as a “rare retreat style compound,” the serene property features five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and is spread out across over 5,200 square feet of space, per the listing. The entire property rests on more than ten acres of land and features panoramic views of the Topatopa Mountains.
Lester Cook of LIV Sotheby's International Realty currently holds the listing.

Impressive amenities featured on the property include a yoga dome and guest dome imported from Poland, a custom-built tiny house and a “regenerative orchard” boasting fruit and avocado trees.
Other outdoor amenities include a saltwater pool, in-ground trampoline, putting green, pickleball and basketball courts, fire pit area, walking paths and a koi pond with a waterfall.
Inside the home, indoor/outdoor living is encouraged with expansive glass doors that open up to the al fresco spaces, including another lounge area with a built-in fireplace. The garage was also converted into a fully equipped gym.
In an interview with Architectural Digest published in April 2023, the couple revealed they spent two years remodeling and expanding their Spanish-style abode to make it the perfect place for their family.

“We worked hard to make this house beautiful,” Justin told the outlet at the time, noting the interior design was partly inspired by their trips to Mexico. He also added that the whole home was designed with “feng shui in mind.”

“My mom is a feng shui master. Some people don’t believe in it, but I can tell you, being the son of a woman who’s done it for 30 years, you can feel the energy flow of a place,” he said. “Every place that we have lived in, we’ve had my mom feng shui, and it has really changed the energy of the space and brought us a lot of really good fortune.”
Meanwhile, Emily noted that they wanted the design to also reflect the natural landscape that surrounded their home.
“We also live in such a magical place in Ojai. And so we also wanted to let that inspire our home. We have mountains. There’s rock, stone, water—it’s very earthy, very natural, and absolutely gorgeous. We wanted it to feel like a sanctuary when we come home,” she said.

The listing of the property comes amid Justin’s ongoing legal battle with his It Ends With Us costar Blake Lively, which is set to head to trial beginning May 18, 2026.
Lively, 38, first sued Baldoni in December 2024, alleging sexual harassment and retaliation and is seeking more than $160 million in damages. Baldoni, who denied Lively’s claims, later filed a separate $400 million countersuit accusing Lively of extortion and defamation, which has since been dismissed by a judge.
