Jay-Z is winning the girl-dad game as he continued his streak of showing up at the Super Bowl with daughters, Blue Ivy Carter and Rumi Carter. He shares his little girls with Beyoncé, who headlined the XLVII Super Bowl halftime show in 2013. She had also performed at the NFL 2024 Christmas Day halftime show.

At the 2026 Super Bowl, Jay-Z arrived with daughters, Blue Ivy and Rumi, continuing a tradition the trio has been doing in recent years. The trio made heads turn at the annual championship league game held at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The Seattle Seahawks took home the Vince Lombardi Trophy after defeating the New England Patriots on February 8.

14-year-old Blue Ivy paired a black letterman jacket with jeans and accessorised with sunglasses. 8-year-old Rumi layered a jacket over a white t-shirt and opted for a black skirt. She was carrying a pink bunny backpack. Meanwhile, Beyoncé and Sir, Rumi’s twin brother, chose to stay at home for the big game.

Jay-Z’s company Roc Nation was in charge of the much-anticipated halftime performance for the seventh consecutive year. Spanish musician Bad Bunny headlined the performance this year, fresh off his Album of the Year win at the 2026 Grammys.

Blue Ivy and Rumi had also joined their rapper father at the 2025 Super Bowl in Las Vegas, where the Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Kansas City Chiefs. The girls regularly performed the song “Protector” with their mother during her highly successful “Cowboy Carter” tour last year. The song featured Rumi in the intro, making their joining Beyonce’s performance even more fitting.

In fact, Blue had also joined the “Break My Soul” singer as a backup dancer to perform “My Power” and “Déjà Vu” during the “Renaissance” tour. In December 2024, she had performed alongside her mother at the NFL halftime show.
