Russell Wilson has opened up about his wife, Ciara, being pregnant with their fourth kid together. He joked that they would need many nannies and explained how they plan to handle it all.
Ciara, whose full name is Ciara Princess Wilson, has four kids and is expecting a fifth. She has three kids with Wilson: Sienna Princess Wilson, Win Harrison Wilson, and Amora Princess Wilson. She also has a son, Future Zahir Wilburn, with her ex-fiancé, Future, whose real name is Nayvadius DeMun Cash.
On September 6, the singer and her husband, Russell Wilson, announced that they are expecting another child. Meanwhile, the latter attended the Fast Company Innovation Festival on September 16. When asked about handling five kids and work-life balance by Fast Company editor-in-chief Brendan Vaughan, Wilson joked:
“More and more nannies, more and more help. No, I think that what’s interesting is all our kids are three years apart basically. So they kind of help each other. [Stepson] Future helps our son Win. [Daughter] Sienna helps our daughter, Amora. So it’s like they’re all kind of spaced out...but I think to have five beautiful children, God willing, and I think just the blessing of that is the biggest blessing.”
On September 6, Ciara shared a carousel post on Instagram comprising photos and videos and announced her pregnancy. She wrote in the caption:
"One more person to Love 🖐🏽🥺🖤"
Many singers and other celebrities like Kehlani, R.H. Sin, Latto, and Vanessa Bryant shared congratulatory messages in the comments.

After announcing her pregnancy on Instagram, Ciara gave an interview to Entertainment Tonight, released on September 22. She revealed that she and Russell Wilson also surprised their four kids with the news before revealing it publicly.

However, she said that her nine-year-old daughter, Sienna, seemed to know it even before she told the kids. The singer said:
“Sienna told me that I was pregnant before I told [the kids].”
Ciara said that Sienna has been able to do this with all her younger siblings, saying:
"She told me early on, but my stomach was not big. I wasn’t showing then. She’s got this sixth sense. She’s done this with all her siblings," she added.
The singer said that Sienna directly asked her when they were in the kitchen once:
“There’s a baby in your tummy.”
She replied:
"No, there’s not. What the heck?"
“And we were in the kitchen, so I’m like, ‘You’re really going to blow my cover',” she added.
Notably, Future Zahir, her son with her ex-fiancé, Future, also had a hint that she might be pregnant. The singer had posted a TikTok dance with Zahir, and the comments speculated about her pregnancy. The 12-year-old read the comments and asked his mother about it.
She was able to brush it off as just some random comments on social media. However, she said that she and Russell Wilson then decided to tell their kids, who were overjoyed at the announcement.
