Dario Pallini, the alleged former boyfriend of *Bad Boys *and *Malcolm X *actress Theresa Randle, claims that Randle broke into his apartment and assaulted him on multiple occasions.

Pallini accuses Randle of harassing him long after their alleged two-year relationship ended in 2024, according to documents filed with the Los Angeles County Superior Court on June 2 and reviewed by PEOPLE. Randle broke into his apartment on multiple occasions, took drugs while there, threatened to shoot him, and hurled objects at him.

Pallini was granted a temporary restraining order by an L.A. County Superior Court judge the same day as the filing, per PEOPLE. That order expires on June 23, on which day Pallini has a hearing for a longer-term or permanent domestic violence restraining order that would contain an order not to abuse.

Pallini, 60, alleges two incidents on May 18 and June 1 in which Randle, 61, gained entry to his dwelling and assaulted him. The first, Pallini claims that Randle was standing over his bed when he awoke on May 18. Pallini claims he could "tell she was high" and called the police during the encounter. Randle began cleaning his apartment, told him he owed her, and threatened to shoot him, before striking him with a metal pole from his medical bed.

On June 1, Pallini claims that he found Randle inside his apartment, sitting in a closet next to his dog and smoking crack cocaine. During the ensuing altercation, Pallini alleges that Randle hit him on the shoulder and threw a can of vegetables at him that struck him in the head.

Officers were dispatched to Pallini's apartment on June 1 following a domestic violence call, the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to PEOPLE, but could not confirm whether a call was placed on May 18.

Randle was detained on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant on March 1. At the time, LAPD confirmed to EW that the actress was released two days later after insufficient evidence was found to charge Randle. She was previously detained in October 2024 on suspicion of felony assault.

The actress is best known for playing the wife of Martin Lawrence's Marcus Burnett in the *Bad Boys *franchise. She was replaced by Tasha Smith in the 2024 film *Bad Boys: Ride or Die*. Her last role was in 2020's *Bad Boys for Life*, and she previously starred in films like *Space Jam*, *Spawn*, and several by Spike Lee, including *Girl 6 *and *Malcolm X*.
