Cause of death revealed for Chad Lowe’s 13-year-old daughter Fiona

The cause of death for Fiona Lowe, the 13-year-old daughter of Chad Lowe and his wife Kim Painter, has been revealed.
According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, Fiona was pronounced dead on Sept. 29 at 1:14 a.m. at a hospital. The manner of death was ruled a suicide.
Entertainment Weekly has also reached out to the medical examiner.
“We are deeply heartbroken by the loss of our beloved Fiona,” the Lowe family, which includes daughters Mabel, 17, and 10-year-old Nixie, said in a statement to PEOPLE. They described Fiona as “a loving young girl who was smart, creative, and loved to dance.”

“She was adored by her sisters and she was deeply loved by her parents,” the statement continued. “In fact, she was the light of our lives.”
