Brandi Carlile Reschedules European Tour Due to ‘Personal Circumstances’: ‘I Sincerely Hope You’ll All Come Back’

Brandi Carlile announced she’s postponing her U.K. and Europe tour dates from fall 2026 to spring 2027 due to personal circumstances

Some venues and dates have changed, and one Lisbon performance could not be rescheduled

Refunds and tour information are available on Carlile’s website for affected fans

Fans in the U.K. and Europe will have to wait a bit longer to see Brandi Carlile.

In an Instagram post shared on Friday, Aug. 7, the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter, 45, took to social media and announced she’s rescheduling the U.K. and Europe dates of her Human Tour.

“I need to let you know that due to personal circumstances, I have no choice but to reschedule my UK and European tour from this fall to the spring,” began Carlile.

She explained, “I have been so profoundly anxious about this decision and I’m aware that this change may be disappointing and inconvenient for many of you, especially those of you who were planning on traveling internationally, but I am hoping this gives you all enough time to adjust any plans.”

“My team has been working really hard behind the scenes to reschedule the tour with as little disruption as possible,” added Carlile, noting that certain venues have changed and multiple dates have been added to the tour.

However, the musician was unable to reschedule one performance in Lisbon. “I’m so sorry and I promise we will do everything in our power to get back to you as soon as we can,” she informed fans.

“Thank you so much for your patience and understanding,” added Carlile. “I want nothing more than to see my friends across the pond and I have done everything in my power to avoid rescheduling this tour. I sincerely hope you’ll all come back and see me in the spring. I promise I will make it up to you and that it will be worth the wait!”

The U.K. and Europe leg of the Human Tour, initially set to occur in October and November, will now take place in March and April of 2027. dates are available at Carlile’s website, and those who wish to receive refunds can contact their ticket provider.

Carlile kicked off the Human Tour in February with a North American leg, and she’s currently in the midst of another string of U.S. concerts that runs through September.

The artist’s latest album, Returning to Myself, was released in October 2025.
